What's new?

I heard Annie and Luke will be moving to California, Bradley turned 18 (No way!), Ricky just got home from his mission......and that's about it. So what's new with the rest of the family? I thought I would start us off with a "What's new wichyou" for the family so that we could all share what we are doing or we are up to.

I will start us off *ahem*

I have just completed my first semester at ASU. I'm studying to be an English teacher. And I have finally decided which grade too, 8th grade. I have been working at Highland High school, Desert Ridge High, Desert Ridge Junior high, and Greenfield Junior high this semester as a tutor with the AVID program and loving every minute of it. Casey and I have been married for four years this August and living on the Polytechnic campus for two years now. Hopefully I will be getting my Bachelor's in Literature, Writing, and Film in the Spring of 2009, so if I've worked it out right, this spring I will only have 1 year left. (Yeah!)
Casey will be getting his Bachelor's this spring in Business Administration and then returning back to school for an Interior Design degree. (If any of you need ideas, I'm sure he would be more than happy to oblige.) There isn't much else going on other than that. Except, Casey and I will be traveling to New York in May/June so if any of you have ever been we could use some travel tips or must-see places while we're there.

I hope you all find this blog to be as useful for you as it has been for me and my family for keeping in touch. Apparently we don't see each other much so a blog is the next best thing I guess.
